Mudlarker Matthew Goode looks for items on the banks of the River Thames in London, Britain May 23, 2016. When the river Thames is at low tide, mudlarkers scour the shore for historical artefacts and remains from there City of London's ancient past. Finds can date back to Roman times to when the city was found up until more recent times. Anyone can walk along the river and look for finds, but the uses of metal detectors and digging is restricted. Mudlarkers need to be licences by the Port of London Authority.
